Aesir Systems provides AI-powered chatbot and analytics software for businesses.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

Our platform uses AI-generated responses. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should not rely solely on these outputs for business, legal, or financial decisions.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
• Submit harmful, abusive, or malicious content

• Services are billed on a monthly basis
• All payments are non-refundable, including partial billing periods.
• Service continues through the end of the billing cycle

• Each plan includes usage limits
• Clients may choose to allow overage usage at additional cost, or stop service when the limit is reached
• This setting can be changed at any time

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aesir Systems is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or data
• Decisions made based on AI outputs

No Warranty: The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability.

You agree to indemnify and hold Aesir Systems harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws.
