Security & Data Practices
Effective Date: April 11th, 2026
1. Overview
Aesir Systems is committed to protecting customer data and maintaining secure systems. This page outlines our approach to security, data handling, and infrastructure.
2. Data Storage & Infrastructure
- Data is stored using secure, cloud-based infrastructure providers
- We use trusted third-party services (e.g., Supabase, hosting providers)
- Systems are designed with redundancy and reliability in mind
3. Encryption
- Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (e.g., HTTPS/TLS)
- Sensitive data is protected using secure storage practices
4. Access Controls
- Access to systems and data is restricted to authorized personnel only
- Authentication and role-based permissions are used where applicable
5. Third-Party Providers
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate our services, including:
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
- Database and infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase)
- AI providers (e.g., OpenAI or similar)
These providers are selected based on their security practices and reliability.
6. Data Isolation & AI Usage
- Customer data is logically separated within our systems
- Clients may choose whether their data is used for AI model improvement
- Opt-out data is not used for training beyond service delivery
7. Monitoring & Protection
- Systems are monitored for performance, errors, and suspicious activity
- We take reasonable steps to detect and prevent unauthorized access
8. Incident Response
In the event of a security incident:
- We will investigate promptly
- Affected clients will be notified when appropriate
- Steps will be taken to mitigate and prevent recurrence
9. Data Retention & Deletion
- Data is retained only as necessary to provide services
- Clients may request deletion of their data
- Data is securely removed when no longer required
10. Limitations
While we implement strong security measures, no system can guarantee absolute security.
We do not guarantee that our systems will be free from vulnerabilities or uninterrupted at all times.
11. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own systems, credentials, and integrations with our platform.
